I have been married to my beautiful wife, Rachel, since January 24th, 2004. We have 1 son, Caleb Genesis, who was born on Sept. 24th, 2006, and a bun in the oven scheduled to join us February 10, 2009.
Describe what you do at CLC:
I have 2 main roles at CLC. On the worship side, I get to be creative and let the artist in me come out. I lead our church in singing worship to God each Sunday, as well as oversee the production teams and the creative teams that put together creative elements to share God’s truths in a language our culture understands.
On the connections side, I get the privilege of helping people feel loved and welcomed each week and helping them get plugged in and experience authentic community in our CLC family. The main way I get to do this is by partnering with all of our Life Group leaders to create environments where people can live life together every week. It also includes overseeing our host teams on Sunday mornings here at CLC.

Biggest influences in your life:
John Rose was my youth pastor when I came to know Jesus and was the first to affirm His call to ministry in my life.
Bill and Robyn Brawley poured into me for years and helped me become the leader I am today.
Monty Sharp has been a huge mentor and friend who gave me the courage to do what Gad had called me to do.
Boomer Reiff is a pastor, friend, and visionary who taught me how to dream and helped instill a passion for church planting and multiplication.
David Trotter taught me tons of skills that allow me to be successful in the places God has put me and where He is taking me.
And of course I can’t leave out my family who is always encouraging me and have allowed me to become who God created me to be.
What can I say? I’m stoked to have so many people who have poured into me!
