Biggest influences in your life:
My parents who learned from their parents and past generations , that building a family and future on a firm foundation, Jesus Christ, is a foundation that cannot be destroyed.
My college roomate, Katie, who taught me to enjoy every moment of every day. Live every day like it was your last.
My 2nd grade teacher, Miss Rogers, was the only teacher to ever send me to the office! It was a devastating day. I didn't freeze when the bell rang! Even through the "trauma" of that experience I will always remember her kind and caring spirit, I thought of her often as I taught in my own classroom years later.

Favorite Music:
This is a sore subject with my family and friends. I still like the old 70's music! I even like Amy Grant Sandi Patti and Keith Green. If you put on Chicago, Air Supply, Peter Frampton or some good ol' country tunes my foot will start a tappin!
