Ministries

As a church family, we have ministries aimed at gathering together as believers to pray, worship, serve and teach about the the word of God and his immense love for use through his son Jesus Christ. We hope that our ministries will help you understand more about faith in Christ and that you are filled with God's presence through his Holy Spirit so that you can share the life-giving gospel in Santa Cruz County and beyond.

Daily Prayer

The church holds a daily prayer gathering (Monday through Saturday) from 8:30 to 9am each morning at CLC, 1009 Mission Street in Santa Cruz.

Join us! All are welcome to attend to pray and be prayed for.

On summer break

"Mama Bears" Women's study group

We are a group of mamas with newborns through school-aged children that meet to encourage one another in the joys and challenges of motherhood and intentionally live out Hebrews 10:24, “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds…” We meet in Scotts Valley. Contact Heather for info.

Celebrate Recovery

The County-wide Celebrate Recovery program meets at the CLC campus on Friday nights at 7pm. All are welcome to attend.

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-step program for anyone struggling with hurts, hang-ups and habits of any kind. Learn more here.

Men's Bible Study

We meet every other Wednesday from
6 pm - 8 pm starting 8/28/2024. This Fall 2024, we are studying the book of Romans. Bring dinner too!

Children's Ministry

Each Sunday during the service, children birth through 5th grade are encouraged to head upstairs to a fun, safe atmosphere where they will learn about Jesus love for them.

Women's Bible Study

The summer/fall Women's Bible Study starts August 13, 2024. The group will meet from 6 to 7:30pm on select Tuesdays. This semester the group will study "Discovering Jesus in the Old Testament". All are welcome!

Youth @ CLC
CLC's Youth Ministry seeks to disciple students to have a fulfilling Christ-centered life through weekly youth group gatherings, special events, and missions trips.

CLC's Youth Group meets weekly on Thursdays from 7:00pm to 8:15pm at CLC.
